Buzzing swarms of cheerless, blackened, fuzzed-out atmospheric ambience. Funeral doom if it was reinterpreted by Stars of the Lid. This is a morose masterpiece swarming with thick blankets of melancholy beauty and majestic seance-like guitar squalls. I also like the other reviews that made art gallery associations, which, by dint of suggestion, resonated with my own listening experience. Highly recommended!

I have owned this digital release for some time but wanted to go back and support Jayn's project in the most positive, physical-release way possible. She's a triumphant and majestic executor of the doom-laden mantle of melancholy.

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it. That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter.
